Product Description

Built for topwater fishing around grass, lily pads and heavy cover where traditional lures can easily snag. The hollow soft body compresses when a fish strikes, while the upward-facing hooks help the frog move through vegetation with fewer hang-ups. Long skirt legs add movement across the surface, making it a practical choice for largemouth bass, snakehead and other aggressive freshwater predators.

FAQ

1. Where should I fish a hollow body frog?
Fish it over lily pads, grass mats, weeds and around other shallow-water cover where bass often wait to ambush prey.

2. Is this frog lure weedless?
The upward-facing hook design helps reduce snagging when fishing through grass and vegetation, making it well suited for heavy-cover fishing.

3. How should I retrieve this topwater frog?
Try short rod-tip twitches with brief pauses to create surface movement. You can also use a steady retrieve when you want to cover water faster.

4. What fish can I catch with this frog lure?
It is designed mainly for largemouth bass and other aggressive freshwater predators that strike prey on the surface.

5. Why does the frog have a soft hollow body?
The compressible body helps expose the hooks when a fish bites while keeping the lure lightweight and easy to work across surface cover.
